This will be a fun one! This is a large property that was occasionally used to host motorcycle events. There is a house (with attic and cellar), a saloon, several tool shops: custom painting, woodworking, and metal working, several DIY shelters with scrap metal, rusty wagon wheels, saw blades, antiques and miscellaneous (a tinkerer's paradiese!), a greenhouse, a storage container full of antiques, stage, and a shooting range.

This is a digger's sale! Many areas will not be staged and this is a country property with inhabitants such as wasps and mice. If you like to dig in the sheds, cellars, and tool shops, plan on coming with flashlight or head lamp, gloves, and maybe a mask.]

This one comes with a bigger than usual Enter at Your Own Risk! We can offer some help getting items and people around the large property, but it may be very challenging for those with limited mobility. Some areas of the property may have old and wobbly infrastructure. If you bring children please keep a close eye on them, and beware: this was a hangout for bikers so there is nudity on display (especially in the bar).
