DEPOSIT APPLIES TOWARD PURCHASE FOR WINNING BIDDER

WINNING BIDDER WILL BE NOTIFIED IMMEDIATELY AT CLOSE OF SALE

NON-WINNING BIDDERS WILL BE REFUNDED THEIR DEPOSITS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF SALE END
